Verdiqe ships natural soaps, oils, and skincare that must stay sealed for hygiene. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Opened, used, or personally mixed products cannot be returned. If a parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, contact the site administrator on WhatsApp with your order number, photos, and delivery date. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after the warehouse receives the goods.

Checkout requires your phone and delivery address so we can confirm the order on WhatsApp and arrange collection or a replacement. Email is optional. For any other question, message the Verdiqe administrator on WhatsApp from the button on the left
