Customers can browse as guests or sign in with email and password (or email OTP). Category owners manage products only in admin-assigned categories, while bloggers manage published content. Checkout is cash on delivery.

Payment methods shown on the storefront are controlled by the integrations dashboard. Disabled or hidden providers do not appear in the frontend.
